Product Description

This NEW John Deere DVD Volume 7 shows you a new collection of stories about all the different jobs undertaken by farmers when using John Deere tractors and machinery throughout their everyday life.

We see John Dan O'Hare extend his large fleet of tractors; having three new John Deere's delivered to his farm and Ivan Megaw also extend his fleet with two new tractors and a new John Deere mowing machine all delivered by Kenny in his big Volvo lorry and low loader from Johnston Gilpin based in Lisburn in Co. Antrim.

We then fly across to Canada to meet up with the Storey family who made us very welcome. They told us their story about everyday life on the farm.

Then onto seeing Ivan Megaws team at work at the silage in Co. Armagh with their latest additions to the fleet. Two new John Deere's a 6210R and a 7280R and a new John Deere mowing machine.

We go up to north east Scotland and meet up with HRN Tractors who showed us two new John Deere combines a S670i and a S690i both on tracks that had just arrived up from central Scotland.

Leaving Scotland we cross to Canada to meet up with three generations of the Martin family who are putting in the harvest with two big combines and big bales being drawn in with a lorry.

Now back in Ireland again we call with another John Deere dealer Michael and Michelle Hanlon in Dundalk where we see around their well stocked showroom as they are getting combines ready for the Combine for Charity world record challenge where they need over two hundred combines working in the one field in Co. Meath to break the record.

CRL from Portadown are relaying a pitch at the main stadium in Bucharest with their John Deere tractors that they brought for finishing of the Equestrian Centre in Greenwich England for the Olympics. Exciting we will see them again in the next John Deere Volume 8 as they get the pitches in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil ready for the Olympics in 2016.

Finally we are back with Ivan Megan at Terry Milligans in Poyntzpass in Co. Armagh to see Ivan's team at work with four combines trying to cut the harvest in what proved to be a very bad year of weather. Trying to cut between wet periods which were the worst seen since 1985.
