We believe that our products are of the highest standard possible for the price we charge, and we try to provide the best possible service to you.
If you send us an email, it is our policy to reply to all general sales enquiries within 2 working days and all enquiries regarding an existing order within 1 working day (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have not received an email back from us within this time please check your junk mail or re-send your message.
We try to make sure all the details contained within the website are accurate. However, images are shown for illustration purposes only and only give a general approximation of the goods. For example, colours and packaging may vary.
We make it a priority to ensure all items for sale on the web site are in supply, and that you receive what you have ordered. If for any reason an item is out of stock, or we do not receive something from the producer in time for our delivery deadline, we will notify you of when we expect to be able to deliver your order. If you do not wish to wait for the late delivery you have the right to cancel your order for that item and you will be credited in full.
Products ordered which are advertised as 'Limited Stock Available' will be allocated to the first order placed for them. We have limited stock so we may not be able to fulfil all orders with the limited stock item. We will notify you if we have any issues with your order.
Product Offers and Sales
All goods already on offer or available as part of other offers will be excluded from any additional sales or vouchers. Offers are for a limited time only and subject to availability.
FREE Delivery periods when on offer are subject to a minimum spend of the value stated in the banner / email / headline at the time (EXCLUDING VAT).
FREE Delivery periods when on offer are available for orders of eligible items for delivery to the UK and the Republic of Ireland only. International orders are excluded.
If your order qualifies for FREE Delivery, you will still be charged a delivery fee for any ineligible items in the order.
FREE Delivery only applies to purchases made online at www.fanevalleystores.com.
Fane Valley Stores reserves the right to change or discontinue FREE Delivery periods at any time.
Delivery restrictions may apply due to the nature of some products. These products might be restricted for delivery, both within the UK and to other countries.
Sale of Animal Medicines
This site sells a number of drugs for use with animals the sale of which is regulated by UK legislation. In order to purchase these items you must be an individual who is in control of livestock. If you make a false statement to this effect this may lead to criminal prosecution and either a fine or imprisonment if convicted. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any medicinal product.
In the interest of protecting our wildlife, the law surrounding the use of rodenticides has changed. You must now have certification to buy rodenticide supplied in 1.5kg container or greater. Therefore if you wish to purchase this product in the quantity stated, you must provide us with a CRRU certificate before we can deliver this product by emailing us at email@example.com with a copy of your certification.
If you are a member of a CRRU Aligned Farm Assurance Scheme, please fill in Document 3: For farm assurance schemes or if you are a certified user please fill out Document 2: For certified users and email, post or fax this back to us.
You may do this before or after you purchase online, but please be aware that we cannot by law dispatch your order until we are in receipt of your certification. For more information, please see the Official CRRU UK code of best practice or call us at 028 9261 0477 to discuss this further.
Orders & Payment
We may decline to accept any order, or any part of an order, without giving any reason. All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the police.
Online - Orders can be placed online through the website by following the simple step by step instructions. Payment is due at the time of order and will be processed using our Secure Payment Provider; Realax. We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch or Maestro debit or credit card. All international orders are processed using 3DSecure Payment Technology.
Online orders will receive confirmation via e-mail that the transaction has been authorised and that your card has been debited. You will also receive a reference number with this confirmation which will be required for any correspondence.
Telephone - For a personal friendly service place an order over the telephone by calling our Orders Department on 028 9261 0477 Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm and paying by credit or debit card.

To cancel your order please call us on 028 9261 0477 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your instructions. Please quote your order number and any other relevant information.
Always keep your invoice or despatch note as this is your proof of our guarantee. If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original condition.
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you should notify Fane Valley Stores either over the telephone or by e-mail within 10 days of receiving the goods. Call our Customer Service Helpline (UK residents: (028) 9261 0477, Residents of other countries: +44 (28) 9261 0477) for assistance with your return.
When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel and we strongly recommend you send it via recorded post. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by Fane Valley Stores we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel (UK and Ireland only). Genuinely faulty goods will be credited in full for the item and the return postage (UK and Ireland only). This does not affect your statutory rights.
