Delivery Service

Dates and times for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. As a general rule, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within five working days of the date of the order; UK and Ireland only and subject to the goods being in stock.

If the item is not currently in stock we will email you will additional information.

Shipping and delivery

The Standard Delivery Charge is applicable to the majority of the Mainland of the United Kingdom (UK), the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland and will not exceed £6.99 +VAT.

Orders worth over £99.00 (excluding VAT) and less that 1M in length/20kg will be eligible for free delivery to Mainland UK, ROI and NI postcodes.

Volumetric Surcharges

Items over 1Metre in length and 20kg will incur a Delivery Surcharge of £12.99. This will be applicable to the first single item and then on each additional number of that item ordered. This allows us to offer products on our website which normally would be uneconomical to sell due to carrier surcharges.

These surcharges are applicable irrespective of order value and vary according to item. This surcharge will be detailed on any relevant product and will be clarified at the checkout.

International Delivery

Delivery charges quoted apply to the UK and Ireland only.

At checkout, you will see a general estimate of your shipping cost. Please note this is an approximate guide—the final shipping charge may differ. Once your order is submitted, we'll contact you by email with an accurate shipping quote. You can then choose to confirm or cancel your order. No additional payments will be taken until you approve the updated total.

If we do not receive a response within 10 working days, we'll assume you do not wish to proceed, and your order will be cancelled with any payment voided.

Please note: Fane Valley is not responsible for any customs duties or import charges incurred in your country.

Customers outside the UK but within Ireland or Europe must provide a valid VAT number to have VAT removed from their purchase. If an invalid VAT number is entered, we will contact you for the correct details or request additional payment if necessary.

Holidays/Weekends

Please note any orders placed on Weekends, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day subject to stock availability.

Returns

We're sorry to hear your item wasn't quite right, but we're happy to help with a refund.

All purchases can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please ensure that unwanted items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

If an item is found to have been used or damaged, we may refuse the refund. In such cases, the item may be returned to you, or a partial refund may be issued to cover any loss in value.

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. However, if you prefer, you can return your items in person to any of our 17 stores across Northern Ireland, provided they are properly packaged and clearly labelled.
