Fasinex 10% Fluke Drench for Cattle

Oral drench for the control of fasciolosis in cattle containing 10g of triclabendazole per 100 ml of FASINEX 10%. The unique efficacy of FASINEX against the early immature and immature Fasciola stages makes this product particularly useful for the treatment of outbreaks of acute and subacute fasciolosis and for the strategic control of Fasciola infections. FASINEX is well tolerated by animals of any age and breed, by animals in poor condition, under stress and during pregnancy. Interactions with other products e.g. anthelmintics against round worms are not known. The recommended dose rates for cattle are: 6 ml of FASINEX 10 % per 50 kg bodyweight, corresponding to 12 mg of triclabendazole per kg. FASINEX is given by single oral administration. Suspensions shaken well before use are suitable for use through most types of drenching guns. Cattle may be slaughtered only after 56 days from last treatment. Do not administer to cattle producing milk for human consumption or dairy cows within 7 days of calving.
